Hey everyone 
The reason I created this thread is because I'm currently in need of person who is willing to help me out with the new server I'm releasing.
A little information about me -
I have owned many servers in the past, including many factions servers, survival, creative and prison. I usually create servers for fun, but never use them. So atm, I might have 10-15 servers sitting around on my desktop.
One of the servers I had (custom factions server), had 30+ players daily on it, it was very successful. I even got a 100$ rank donation the first day. However, I didn't have the money to pay for a dedicated host, so It shut down.
As mentioned before, I love creating servers, just for fun. However, I do have a little problem. The servers I make need to be perfect. Meaning all the messages need to have matching colors, etc.
Currently, I have a factions server I just finished coding, and It's ready to launch. I just need the right person, that can help me out because I'm planning on making this server big. I can't do all this by myself.
Last thing I would like to mention is that I have coding experience. I consider my coding decent. However, I can't code mini game plugins and other complicated ones.
What is so unique about your server / what will bring in a lot of players -
Half of the plugins on my server are custom coded. The builds are custom, nothing is downloaded. Also, I have a lot of friends that have youtube channels, and have from 500 to 2.5k subscribers. Here's a link of a friends youtube channel:

We will of course split the donations 50/50.
I'm searching for a person I can trust, and that has experience. We will both be the owners of the server, and take ALL the decisions together.
