I'm requesting a fairly huge site for a company as well as a custom WHMCS Billing theme.

For the website, it will mostly consist of Front-end work(However I'll be needing a few back-end stuff). I do not want to go into full detail about the site, but I'll list out the max budget.

Max Budget for Website: ~$400
Max Budget for WHMCS Theme: ~$250
