Need Advice - OptiFine Cape

So last night I decided to purchase an OptiFine cape for my alt account. Here is a screenshot proving that I did so:

Earlier today I noticed that I received an email from OptiFine informing me that my OptiFine cape had been removed, and that my donation payment had been "refunded" (I never got my money back on my PayPal). Here is a screenshot of the email from OptiFine informing me about all of this:

OptiFine claims that the reason my cape was revoked was due to "Fraudulent activity," however nothing has happened in the past 23 hours since I had purchased the cape. I wanted to ask if anyone here may know what could have possibly happened or what the reason for my donation being refunded was, because I would really like to know. Especially since I lost $10 USD out of this. If OptiFine is gonna remove my cape, then I would really like to get my money back

You purchases it off the actual website? This stuff used to happen when there was the exploit, but that was patched quite a while ago. If you bought it straight from Optifine, check your PayPal first to see if you got a refund, if not contact them.

Ya I checked my PayPal and I didn't receive my money back. I emailed OptiFine back regarding the situation and how I am unaware of anything that could have happened. Hopefully I can get my money back

Well, there is probaly nothing you can do, as the optifine support is terrible
