I am using eclipse now for 4 or 5 years now? Hard to make a transition
It was a "must" for MCP at that time too.

Beside that, I have soo many projects in Eclipse, it's hard to move over to Intellij

For Koonkraft (I had to remove a lot of them from my eclipse (not from my drive completely) as here were simply too much projects xD):

For side projects I am doing lately:

I had the same issue, had over 50+ projects with hundreds of dependencies all over the place. I tried IntelliJ, loved it from the first day. Bought Ultimate Edition roughly a week later and have never looked back. It is unbelievable how smart it really is, I would really recommend giving it a try (it has amazing Maven and Gradle support as well).
