Depends on the quality of their builds and their reputation really... someone well known and high quality will charge $75 or more for large quality builds.

Most times people on here work for commission. Typically, some money that comes from the build goes to paying for the server host, website, etc, then the rest goes to the builders depending on their rank and time they spend working. If you aren't able to pay people, then I suggest going to Planet Minecraft because most if not all builders here work for pay.
