De Vouch. I join the server he ops me give me console we talk about stuff and then he ask "Can you leave for like 3 days till servers done?" i say "Then whats the point of being dev" Then banned me... Dont join or apply if u want a bad owner.

You won't get a "greate" developer that will buy you premium plugins, code custom plugins for free. You will need a budget or a contract. Also I suggest you to learn how to spell . Good luck with your server, may it be the "greatest" server.
