Need Help Editing Bootstrap Template

Hi McMarket, i recently downloaded a bootstrap template, and have spent an hour or so trying to mess around with it and configure it to my likings, but can't figure out how to do just this.

If anyone could provide insightful tutorial links, or one on one help with configuring my bootstrap template, it would be greatly appreciated!
