Need help with GoDaddy FTP

Hi,

I was attempting to switch from Enjin over to XenForo, so I went with a basic web hosting plan from GoDaddy. Keep in mind, I've never once bothered with cPanel, phpMyAdmin or MySQL before, so web hosting is something new for me.

I've used FileZilla in the past, so this was a surprise to me when it wouldn't work. I created my own FTP account through it, downloaded the XML file to import into FileZilla, did that, entered in the password, but now it gives me an error saying that the user/servname was not given or not known (it was given).

I need this fixed ASAP so I can switch to XenForo. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

I once used Godaddy for xenforo, worst experience ever.
Godaddy is also extremely pricy, and their control panel is 8 years old...

I would highly suggest finding another webhost...

You can PM me your skype and I can help you setup your FTP, as I used to have xenforo on godaddy.
