need help with savagefactions! Not being able to open chest in other's territory

People cannot open enderchest at spawn idk why, i have allowed the interact and other things in region, so worldguard is not the issue, i think it has somethign to do with warzone claim at spawn.

Another issue is that players can't open containers/chest at someone's territory.

Please Help!
