Okay,Easy solution.

1.Copy it with world edit, make sure you are not in a random area such as in the air, corners and centre points work best!

2.Type //schematic save FactionsSpawn into chat.

3.Go to the area you want it to be in and type //schematic load FactionsSpawn.

4.If the area is flat and you saved the schemstic in the center of the build, select it with a region and type //centre blockname.

5.Type //paste in chat, knowing where the area you want to paste it.

This is the same as copying and pasting although you easily retrieve it by loading it in by using //schematic load FactionsSpawn

Good luck!

Are you using ASyncWorldEdit? It will help load it in slower, leading to a smaller chance of crashing.

Copy sections of it along the y axis and in the corner place a block at the top of each section before copying. Then paste the first section, jump up to the next block above you, paste the second section, and so on. It's slower than one paste but shouldn't take that long. Think of it like stacking pancakes.

Easier solution: download Mcedit and watch a basic tutorial on how to use it. Mcedit is the solution for copypasting anything that's too big for worldedit.
I once copypasted an 8K nether map from the overworld into the nether with it. It took 2 full days to process it, but it didn't crash.
I've since learned an easier way to do that, but it's still possible with Mcedit.
