So basically the MatthewCowley kid keeps scamming me and ripoffing me. For example he wants me to pay $3 for him to change a voting site that doesn't work, stuff like that makes me mad. I've paid around $80 just for stupid changes, because he says he doesn't give user's access to files as stated by him here: http://gyazo.com/8723acf10e2c00ebe62bc564b5e90cfb which is kinda fucked up since I'm buying the website. Thing is that I want someone to make me the exact same website, with everything exactly the same but that you can update stuff for me for free. Since that dude is just pathetic. I might want some things different from the other one, but tbh it's all the same. Please pm me if you're interested.

Why don't just just download the html file?

Just make sure you're not downloading html code that doesn't belong to you. You could have your whole site taken down by the DMCA.
