Need Partner For Server

I need a 2nd owner for my FACTION server, Its a work in progress but I have a custom spawn with custom warzone and many great ideas, and custom plugins that will eventually be added in. I want a 2nd owner because it'll be easier for paying and we will have more ideas and better ways of getting more people on and it'll be less stressful having 2 owners,
here's what the owner needs

1. Experience
2. at least $15 we split everything 50/50 I have $18
3. Hard working attitude
4. Activeness
5. Skill

Heres a better list of what I have so far

Server name: Ragonia (wanna make a random word)​

• Paid for factions plugin​
• Faction spawn with custom warzone​
• Koth that will be added in the custom warzone​
• Custom plugin (don't wanna say wanna keep it unique)​
• I have a fairly decent dev​

I usually make enough donations to get better hosting in the first month and I got a better than average host. you usually dont need more than $40 for starting off

For a good site you need:

Hosting: atleast: 5$ a month for decent ram
Domain: $10 around that
Site: $20.00 for a good xenforo
Custom plugins: (already over your budget) at least $10 for like 2-3 or even less than 1
Not even including graphics ect.

got a friend that can make me a site

When you say "dev" do you mean an actual developer/programmer. Or some person who can configure XML claiming to be a developer? Also you haven't considered thing such as a XenForo license($60) or Ip board ($60 I think) if you want to go that way, even if you did go for enjin that still costs $10 a month. You need to pay for buy craft which is $10ish a month. You need to pay for a theme for you website and you also need graphics as Paradise said. If you simply want hosting and a crapy website I guess it could work. To make a high quality server it would cost hundreds.

I honestly don't know where you guys are getting these prices from my, enjin comes with a buycraft type shop so you can scratch that out and you can make a fairly good site with enjin(can also manage a way to remove enjin.com to the end of your site and plenty of huge servers use enjin.
Also have people to make my graphics for free + my brother is a coder/dev bouta be in java honors and I have others. All of your guys assuming is quite annoying tbh.
