NEED PLUGIN ASAP

Ok this may be a little bit too late but what I need is for someone to make a plugin so you can redeem a prize after finding the object enough.
For example you hide 20 secret shops when you buy at the shop you get a custom renamed item labeled 1-20 once you aquire 20 of them you can then redeem them all once for a randomized prize (configurable)
Also in the plugin I would want it so if you run a cirtain command it can give you the item /eventreward 1-20 (configurable how many you need to redeem) In the config you can set what item, name and lore each thing 1-20 has or in my case I need 1-15.
I need this a MAX by Friday
