Mob Arena Server play.calcraft-mobarena.com i need contructive critisism and feedback about my server so please come and help me out

I like the idea of the server but the server itself looks very basic I don't really like the spawn it doesn't have much detail to it also in my opinion your server has too many different colors i suggest sticking with 2 or 3 colors per server it makes it look cleaner (That's my opinion) I do like the Menu thingy. The arenas look decent but you might want to buy some custom builds and maybe try hiring other staff... Your moderator has no idea how commands work..

I was welcomed on and was happy to see some players enjoying the server. Some of the graphics were hard to recognise, i think it would be best to put them in a forum or a way to easily to tell a player where to go.
