Need some help with server plugin + a few setup

my server is 99% done.

I need something like this:

Im using custom items, the command can only be used by players and not by console so essentials /sudo doesn't work. I need to find a way around to somehow execute the "/{plugin} give" as an OP and not as console. Ive tried a quick /op /deop but that still doesn't work. I need someone to rather go into the plugin and remove that it cant be given by console or a plugin/method around this.

I also need a GFX artist. Need a banner and stuff.

Currently hiring:

Firstly, I don't think you should tell kids to f off if your name is "meepy". Secondly, it will take you an extra 1 min to open Minecraft and do the command yourself rather than being lazy and doing everything from console.
