Need someone to enlarge the center of my hub

Hello, I'm looking for someone to simply enlarge the center of my hub, so players have more room to move around etc. By about 25x25, but we can talk about more details over PM/Skype. I would also like to keep everything else the same, just increase the size of the center. I am willing to pay you

I don't think that's possible o: you'd probably have to rebuild it by hand ;-;

I can rebuild it by hand and enlarge the center, it'd just probably cost a lot more.

I know it's a challenge, how much are you thinking? I'm not looking to spend a whole lot at I had to spend $350 on this hub in the first place.
