Long story short I can't accept paypal but want to be able to. I need someone who can accept paypal for me, and send me skrill.
I'm willing to pay a 5% fee.
This is not for a single specific deal, I need someone who can regularly do this for me.
I usually do deals during 11:00-16:00 EST so you'll need to be online during these hours. (Obviously I'm not asking for someone who can always be available, I'm just saying if it's like 3 am for you while I'm online then this might be pointless
