Need XenPorta, and sidebars configured.

Hey guys,

So I need three things. #1. I need a "portal" page, connected to the xenforo. I have no idea how to do this, so thats where you come in.

#2, I need a "vote" sections that looks nice. Not just a bunch of links. Animated links, who knows. Also on the same page, I want a matching section to the vote links, that shows the top monthly donors. This should be html, and should be able to grab the users minecraft head, and then just a player name under that.

A custom staff page, (matching the "Vote" section layout). Should be fairly easy. A seperater between staff ranks, with the name of the one below it, then using the same "user" layout, as on the vote page's "top voter" page, with a back link to users profile page.
