Hey man! This means that in exchange for a service, you will vouch for them. While looking at posts you may notice people who have vouched for the user or their post. These tend to show that the person is reliable and worth looking at.

For example, lets say there's a thread about a GFX Shop. They would make a logo for a person(free) and then the person would vouch for them, as the service was for free and at a premium. Normally, very reputable users have a higher chance of being accepted for a vouch copy, as their vouch means more.

So a vouch is like "this guy does good stuff" right? And they are giving it for free?

Free product to prove legitimacy in a business/service/product

Mostly beggars who ask for them.

With regards to vouch copies that should be quickly noted:

1. You're not allowed to ask a person for them on a thread.
2. You do not have to vouch for vouch copies, but only if you have a legitimate reason not to. If you decide to not vouch people can and probably will open a scam report on you if they believe you've wronged them and you didn't provide a legitimate reason.
   1. This is a worst-case scenario and you should work any issues out with the person giving the copy before opening a scam report.

People use Vouch Copies (VC’s) when their product is not very reputable and known. Once you do that service for free a couple times, through VC’s, people will begin to vouch for you and other people will trust the service and put money into commissioning you.

Just a way to grow your service/business.
