Hello,

I'm Tulip, the CEO of Nightblade Setups, a fairly new setup company. We are currently undertaking some fairly large commissions and we are looking to hire new employees.

We are currently looking for the following positions:
- Web Developers
- Graphical Designers
- Plugin Developers

Requirements for all positions:
- Must speak fluent english and maintain professionalism.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Must be ok with being payed after doing work.

Requirements for Web Developer:
- Must be fluent in HTML + CSS
- Must be able to create buycraft/minecraftmarket themes.
- Being able to make forum themes is a bonus.
- Javascript, jQuery + php experience is not required, but is preferred.
- 1 year experience preferred.

Requirements for Graphical Designer:
- Proficient art skills
- 2 years minimum experience, unless your work shows us otherwise.
- Must have the ability to make logos/icons, banners are a plus.

Requirements for Plugin Developer:
- Fluent in the Bukkit/Spigot API
- Experience with common API's (Vault, worldedit etc)
- Must be able to create almost any plugin, including minigames.

Payment can range anywhere from $10-$200 per project, depending on skills/project length.

Although I don't disagree with you, I'd just like to point out that you're working in the comforts of your own home. Minimum wage is barely higher than that, and you need to have certain qualifications and even job training to get $8+/hour in the US. If you think of it in that perspective, $7/hour isn't exactly underpay.

The problem with $7/ a hour is that users may work quickly and efficiently or stay AFK. The system of paid $7/a hour online, isn't the most accurate and may always cause problems with the Manager and Worker.

Many online businesses have a fair cut of the cake, whether it's a percent of the main job. Seeing if any player joins the team for $7 a hour is very low and not accurate at all.

I stated that it starts at $7/hour, it can be far more if the user is highly skilled. I don't know how you can tell me it's low. You charge $20 for a setup that includes custom builds. Aren't you "underpaying" your employees?

Not really,

My employees are my employees, why do you care who I recruit and for their payments. You honestly have nothing to do with it at all, and this leads me back to my conclusion.
