No reputation notification

As the name implies, I'm not sure as to why, however myself and others are not receiving notifications when someone gives us reputation of any kind.

I took a look at Alert preferences as well as user settings, and profile stuffs etc.
To no avail. Not seeing anything about reputation. Bugggg?

Can confirm as well, only knew I got repped when I saw the number went up after not getting the alert.

Exactly the same. No notif, no nothing. Just see count going up.
