Do you have any previous experience in server moderation? I do indeed have a great acknowledgment over moderation when dealing with faction servers. Ive recently been staff on a server called MineRoyal and SoulsMC. Ive even owned my very own custom enchant faction server that had a decent player base of up to 20players a day. It shut down due to lack of time I could put into the server. I know almost every command when it comes to dealing punishments swell as fun event things. Showing that I've owned my very own server it has shown me ways where I can handle nearly almost any situation when it comes to the community.

Why should we accept you? I believe you should add me as a part of your staff team is due to my experience and will to help others at all time. Im the type of guy who's fun to hang out with and like to keep the community safe. I have a good knowing of hack clients and know how to find them, so adding me to your team I can keep your server hack free. I can also help the server by advertising it on my youtube channel that has 300+ subs.

Why do you want to be staff? I wanna be staff on a custom enchant server cause those are fun to play on swell as to moderate on. I like being that guy who stops hackers/trollers/spammers from ruining the community swell as helping anyone out indeed of my assistance.

Do have any previous experience in moderation?: Yes, I have been staff on several small servers and OmegaRealm.

Why should we accept you?: I believe you should accept me because I love to help out. I will do any job that is put before me and go wherever I need to go. I have been told by my father who is quite critical that I do jobs well. I might not be the first to jump up to do a task but I won't be the last and if I have to do something I won't stop until I have done it to the best of my ability.
When I mess up I am good at realizing and accepting what I've done wrong. This helps me to advance and not make the same mistake again. And if I am punished I would like a valid reason but I will not argue and threaten to ddos the server lol.
Because I follow through with things this makes be reliable because I hate to disappoint. If you tell me to do something I will get it done. Let's just say when we have to do group projects I may not be the first person picked for a group but I'm definitely not last.
I do have a good amount of experience through my years of playing Minecraft wether it be as a Helper or admin and I believe that this will allow me to make decisions on when to punish a player and how to punish the player. Going along with that, I like to think I have picked up on being able to spot hackers well and record them.
I love working with people and getting involved in things.
I also love to help people and I can also manage people. I believe I can bring a friendly, helpful, trustworthy person to the staff team.

Why do you want to be staff?: I would like to become staff because I've been on the server and it looks great and I see the potential. I love helping new players or possibly working on the server. This server seems like it will be fun to play on and I would love to contribute to it. I would love to be able to grow with this server and get to know the people who have made it come to life!
