Well my name is Jimmy/HO/Skids I have been running and managing servers since around 2 years ago ever since I have loved making them selling them thinking of ideas for them. I want to work for servers who average 40+ steady daily, I would like the rank Community Manager or Manager, I can help with lots of things.
Pros:
I'm usually on 10+ hours (like 2PM when i get home to around 2-3 AM and all day at school constantly checking skype)

I can work great with people
I will always reply

I just want to get active and get well know in mc-market/minecraft community and I want to help your server get better and just be amazing. I have allot of contacts such as youtubers devs graphics any essentials really.

I Personally dont know but if you were a big server full time manager i think you would probnably get like 10-20% of Profits
