Introduction:
Hello, my Name is Sander. I am 18 (in 2 weeks as of writing this), and am willing to offer my services as a System Administrator & Server Manager.
I've ran 2 completely different servers in the past, one which was with help from my old pal WiseAndFunFox (YouTuber) which used to have like 9k etc and we made a server togeheter.
This was fairly early on in my administrative days back in 2014, and died pretty fast (like 4 months) we used to peak at 70 players the first week and after that a stable 50 for a few months until it started dropping even more due to Wise's inactivity.
I blame my self completely for that failure, as it was after only a few months with server administration at that point, I did a lot of things that could have been prevented including hardware failure which gave us a few hours downtime the first days.
I also failed to fill the requests of the players of new features, as I took way to slow by getting them ready.
What I've learned & can currently offer:
Since then, I have established contacts with a few developers who I casually work with on different projects. Which I plan to take full advantage of on a new server, by getting their assistance of creating new unique plugins & aspects for a server that I will help administrate.
I have also what I would define as "decent/ok" knowledge of Linux & Linux servers. I can do basic troubleshooting & I know how to set up websites & multiple MC Servers on a Linux Box.
I also strive for perfection, which is why I spend that extra few hours on going through everything related to colors, graphics, language & rewording to make the server's website, buycraft, ingame messages & plugin messages look as smooth, nicely and understandable as possible.
I offer to Administrate your server basically, by doing mostly everything while you can minimize the amount of work, sit back and recieve the donations.
I can also give directions and help guide server owners to make the right decisions on were to spend money, I have had experience with buying YouTubers, .org, twitch + Ads.
What I offer to do on your Server:
I do want some money for helping out the server with this, I would prefer a weekly payout but monthly could work too. Wether this payout is a negotiated set price or a negotiated % can we come back to.
Requirements for my services:
Mostly weekends, some weekdays too obviously. But my schedule is a bit tight with irl stuff.
However, I do try to get things done as soon as I have time and I will put priortising into the server.

- Moderate the Server when I am online.
- Always strive to make your server perfect.
- Come up with new suggestions & ideas for your server as well as help you make these come true by my developers.
- Give my opinions on your planned investments and server-wise strategies.
- Help configure plugins & reconfigure if you wish.
- Setup BuyCraft & packages, with unique perks & try to balance them.
- Help players with support through a support system, either its bugs or donation inquiries.

Requirements for my services:
- Already existing server with atleast a (20-30+ playerbase).
(Exception to this is if you are planning to start a server & have a LARGE budget to do so) - Give me access to the server's hardware. I've previously been working with others by simply guiding them through ss on skype, which is a pain. I prefer to be able to work mostly without restrictions.
- BuyCraft access, can be limited. (Sub-Account Setting) I do not require to be reciving the servers donations directly. That is for the Owner (you) to recieve and pay me my cut.
