Hey! So I am not currently playing on a server as the one I am currently playing on has somewhat died (Owner is inactive/making excuses), so I am looking for another to commit my time to. (Keep in mind I was NOT staff on this server, so please don't think I am abandoning a community in need).
I'm looking to join a decently populated server,as I generally seem to enjoy bigger communities more. I'm looking for a server with 30+ average players. It might seem like a stretch but I am more than qualified to moderate a server of that size. I am by no means inactive and I can take alot of pressure no problem.
I am very dedicated once I find a server I enjoy as shown below;
In Game Name(Minecraft Username):My in-game name is “KTM”, I was previously known as “PvP_Deez_Nutz”
Hours able to play daily:I generally play from around 3:30-11pm my time (GMT +10:30) on weekdays, and definitely more on weekends. Ofcourse I want to be able to actually play the server, pvp, raid and make bases, but I will try to spend as much time possible DEDICATED to just moderating chat, helping people out, lurking warp pvp ready to record hackers etc. Not that I can’t multitask while building a wall, or raiding.
Recording Software - Able to record hackers(Yes or No):Yes, yes and yes. I love to record, even if it isn’t catching a hacker, as I’ve made a hobby out of it! My pc will be able to record ANY situations without any laggy video. I am also capable of taking screenshots on the fly, I like to use “Gyazo” which I like to think is a trusted screenshotting website/program. IF I become staff, I would use it to screenshot people who are breaking rules out of my control (For example, DDOS threats [I would still mute them]) and show them to higher ranking staff members so the appropriate action can be taken.
Why do you want to be a staff member:There are many reasons. I do really enjoy the staff postion. Being able to keep the chat clear, and do my best to remove all hackers from the server. For whatever reason I bring on the hate that comes with being a staff member, I find it a challenge, a challenge I know I can handle. I feel that I have ideas that can better the server, and that I can do a good job dealing with rule breakers. I feel great when I help someone. The feeling that you made someone’s day better, And I thrive off of that. I want to help make the community grow, and to know I have been a factor in all of that.
Extra Info: I’m a 15 year old from Australia. I have Skype and TS3 with a decent mic so I am happy to talk.

Why should we pick you:Why? Because I know what I am doing. I understand the role, being “Helper” is nothing new to me. I have experience under my belt, having been staff on few other semi-popular servers, and doing a good job of it. I was never hated, I was never known for abusing my commands/rank/tag and I was praised by the other staff members/players for it. In fact, on most of these servers I never had any trouble advancing through the ranks, and ultimately gaining the trust of the server owner/admins. However I do understand that going up to Mod+ is nothing small. I know how to deal with all types of people. Whether they are abusing me, abusing others, spamming, advertising, hacking (The list goes on), I know when and how to punish people, I am fair when giving out punishments and warning people when they are going too far, but I am also not too lenient. I know when enough is enough. Not only do I believe I can do a good job as a staff member, but I believe I can have fun with others too. I am also mature, I am not annoying, and I can take whatever people say to me, without thinking irrationally. I am helpful, I have no problem answering the most basic questions, that I learnt a LONG time ago, such as “How do I disband my faction” etc. If people do harass me, call me whatever they like, I am not going to respond to them the same way they did to me. I am going to be the bigger man, and close the argument in a suitable fashion. I am an active user of forums, and I help whenever I can, in the most detailed way I can. I am in an unusual timezone compared to the rest of the world, one that most do not have many staff for. I feel that I can be the person that is on when no other staff are. And I can keep things clean when a lot of the time people go unpunished.

' ) the wink implying a joke that you were obviously not intelligent enough to understand, then you banned KTM for sticking up for me when you ip banned me and spammed my ip in chat telling people to essentially ddos me and as above 'I hope he dies' because of a harmless joke. If you think this is the kind of owner anybody would want to work for you're sadly mistaken and whats even better is you actually gave donators immunity from staff commands such as mutes which contradicts your server rules, showing if you donate on your server you can abuse the staff (Creds go to your amazing $200 donator Osamabinladen). What kind of owner gives players immunity to the server rules, I can only think of one and thats a liar who is corrupt by giving his friends and donators immunity to the rules just because he feels like it. I don't think an owner like this can be trusted when it comes to it considering his friends are actually above the rules. another example of corruption with this owner is that a player on his server was banned for hacks without evidence to support it other then he killed the owners friend in pvp, this same player then went on to purchase a unban for $15 after the owner ignored his appeal for an unban only to be rabanned for beating the owner's friend in pvp again fairly. A second example of how this owner cannot be trusted is the fact that he died to a player then banned him because he said the player 'annoyed him' in a skype call with his staff. So honestly if you want to believe this 'owner of furexpvp' go ahead but you will get banned just like we did for a stupid reason and he will act as immaturely as he did with me and KTM trying to get me DDOSED and trying to prevent KTM from getting any replies for his staff application, and the simple reason all this happened it because he likes to do what he wants to any player he feels like, such as banning a player called Mankey from his server after he joined mankey's Skype call to insult him. Because mankey didn't like being insulted he retaliated calling the owner a 14 year old which caused him to get banned for DDOS threats.
