My name is Danny. I am an aspiring server-owner that has been working on servers for the past couple years. I have come from a long journey to where I am today. In 2011, I started my first small server with Hamachi. Like most of you have guessed, nobody comes on. Now, I have come a long journey since I was 13. With a solid amount of knowledge about Permissions and plug-ins, I strongly believe I can make Sakuren a big community. As a matter of fact, within two weeks of release, we have about 10-11 players average on prime times.
Unlike some server-owners, I do not plan on shutting down my server. I have extra funds to back it up in the scenario where I run dry of cash. Furthermore, I have 6-7 servers running on Dedicated Hosting. If you are geeky with the specs, comment below. But nontheless, the servers are running with enough power to handle a good amount of players. If you would like to become a Plugin - Configurer, it would be best to learn Filezilla; not multicraft.
Now you all may be asking: Why should I, an expert at staffing, should come moderate Sakuren? How are you credible? Well, what can be more credible than writing 5-7 sentence about myself?
I am a mature and dedicated owner. I do my best to maintain a community and interact with as much players as I possibly can. I keep the server interactive and fun by hosting nightly events on Fridays. (Fridays, are like the super prime time of the server). I know how to advertise my server very effectively. Finally, I just want to add that I am a perfectionist. Therefore, I can safely say that Sakuren is not your typical, abusive "network".

I am looking for mature, dedicated, and smart minecraft staff members. Specifically, I am looking for Moderators, Builders, Helpers etc. This is a community, not a business. I do have room for you to have fun on my servers, but other that; you must be strict, yet enthusiastic. There are a wide-variety of people that play Minecraft. Some can rage from 8 year-olds all the way to 25 year-olds, so it is important to know how you interact with others.
Moderators: The rank right before Head-Mod. Moderators have the ability to /Ban, /Kick, and /Mute. As well as /Fly. They can also have access to /socialspy and /invsee
Helpers: They have /kick and /mute, but no /ban. /socialspy, /invsee.
Builders: You guys just have regular player's commmands. But in the time of your need, you will be given Gamemode and Worldedit.
