Sometimes the people want to scam, and then they create a Build Store or Terrains Store.

My suggestion:
Add:

  • You require at least 10 posts and a 1 week old account to post within this section
  • All threads within this section are moderated until they are found to be in line with the section rules

General Structure to prevent scams

  • Provide an allowed method of contact (see section rules)
  • Be listed for yourself or as an approved middleman
  • Provide a transcription of images that contain relevant details
  • Provide a time frame for completion of work
  • Provide a general pricing structure

Adding a moderation queue for what? If the content is stolen, you use the report button.

The first 3 posts a new Member makes is already monitored, this is to make sure they aren't spam bots or such.

What is "Be listed yourself or as an approved middleman"?

You can ask the OP questions about the price, proof, more pictures, contact info, etc.

Let me fix your first sentence -
Sometimes people want to scam, then they can scam on anything along with anyone.

Nothing proves all the scams are coming from the Build section, I see no reason to restrict it like this. By the way, we aren't the Spigot Forums.

personally, I do not see how this would help against people attempting to scam. All it does is require them to put a tad more thought into their thread before being able to scam.
Also, the post requirements would just encourage farming.
Lastly, maybe about 10% of scams come from the builds section, if that much. Yes, there are people that are attempting to sell stolen builds, but that's maybe 1% of threads in total.

to give a comparison, spigot has maybe 1% of the activity that MCM does in any non-programming section.

I don't get why people are keep suggesting requirements for everything, there is literally no point in it.
