As we may know, some may be banned from the forums, but their skype is still active.

I propose there be an official DNDW skype/user list.

As they can still see the contents of the forum, they'll be able to contact you if you've posted your skype.

This DNDW list will have to be managed by staff, so no player can be biased against another.

Wrongly accused would have ruined reputations.

Like said, staff will be managing this, so if you would want someone on the list, you'll need sufficient evidence of this user scamming you and their skype.
