I am Walshy and I have been a Java developer for 4 years and a Bukkit developer for 3. I have worked on many plugins ranging from very small to very large minigames. Last talked to him on Dec 24 2015. Never got frequent updates unless I spammed him on here and on slack.com. Won't even answer me now, but it seems he does go on MCM still "Last seens". Chargingback for my money now. I don't think any issue should go on so I'll spare this user a scam report. However do note that I will never recommend him Walshy for any plugin development, he claims holidays will slow him down, he had a birthday, but yet he never gave a single reply in my slack chat and email and MCM.
