Opinion on youtube video

Hey guys,
I have recently decided I want to give youtube a try and I just posted my first video this morning. The channel is mainly going to be based around csgo but I may post mc in the future if I find a server that would be fun and entertaining to my viewers. If you guys have a minute or two, I would love your feedback on the first video I posted. The video is meant to be a joke tutorial in csgo.

i am going to be giving some constructive criticism.

content: 2/10. i give it this because in this video you are just griefing a csgo game and that's not funny, it is just mean to your teammates who are trying to rank up. and the video isn't funny unless your target audience is 10 year olds. also say "you know" way too much.
outro: 0/10. lol
thumbnail: 8/10. it's not bad
