Does this mean 83 prison mines which are 150x150 blocks all for $125? Also what type of quality are you looking for considering the number of mines requested?

Your prices are a tad low. Your 100x100 builds would only pay around $1.20 per mine. Most high quality mines go from $2.50 - $10 a mine. Just saying

May I suggest getting a few quality mines made, for $10 - $15 each. Then getting us, or whoever you hire to paste the builds and re colour them for an additional but altogether lower fee. A lot of prison servers do this in order to save money etc.

I hate to tell you, but if you're only willing to pay a small amount, I doubt you'll find a person willing to do it. Unless you find an inexperienced person who has no clue what they're doing.
