Owner - Dedicated, Trustworthy, Honest | NEW PROJECT

ABOUT ME!:
Hi there, I am Dustin but I go by "Pluto" on discord and in-game. I have owned for around 4-5 years now and am wanting to own a project with somebody that has the same intentions as me. I am currently in Washington State [Pacific Standard Time]. I am up in all time zones for the most part due to me staying up late so I can work with any timezone that is other than the US. I play sports but seasons haven't started so I have time and effort to put into the server. I am currently saving up money and am willing to invest into the project [but not alone].

WHAT I CAN PROVIDE!:
+ Configuration
- I can handle all file parts unless we're wanting to make this project into partly custom developed.
- I have 4 years in this field and am willing to work alongside others if needed, but for the most part I can solo work.
- I am efficient and fast with my work so it shouldn't take long depending on what we want.

+ Management
- Of course we'll have managers, but I understand how to manage projects and organize them properly. Make documents of things that we want!
- I can organize payments, make sure we have a strict balance and focus on payments that are needed.

+ Resource
- We will find more people along the way, but I already have builders, designers, bot developers, staff members, and other things that I can bring onto the table. Of course some of these things aren't free but I have there contacts.

+ GFX
- If we're needing a simple design that isn't illustrated, I could do it! Such as making discord banners, simple designs or sometimes a "harder" product for me.

+ Funds
- I can fund a lot but I won't solo fund this project.

I want you completely honest with me, I don't want some lie told to me. I want to make a project with you and I want to work along side you not only as an owner, but a partner.

If I'm going to work with you, I want you to be as dedicated as I would be. Putting in your time and effort into the project! Maybe more and or a little less than me. I am wanting somebody who wants to do something not for the money, but for the experience and for the passion of it!
┌ Communication Skills:
Can easily contact people, socialize, and aren't that nervous in social situations. Will take the job seriously and will communicate with people that you may not know. Willing to take the extra step and reach out to certain people.
┌ Basic Understanding of Files/Development:
This is a little confusing, but I want to work with somebody who knows how to configure a little bit and or who understands simple bug fixes that can work alongside developers and with me.
┌ Funds:
I'm going to write briefly, I am wanting somebody who can provide funds to the server and is willing to give up some of their personal profits to make the server a better place. We can discuss more on where we want to focus each others private funds, but overall it would be for the server.

Why would you need another partner when you're so experienced and seems to have a lot of contacts?

Hey there! To answer your question:

I want to work with somebody, I don't like working alone. Yes I have the experience but I like having open ideas when I work with people, I can't come up with every single idea of a server by myself! I prefer also having somebody who can bring their assets into a server!
