Hey, I'm looking for a very dedicated, highly mature and experienced server manager that's looking for a long term position.

Requirements:

• 17+ years old (NO exceptions)
• Have a working mic
• Online at least 1 hour a day (preferably more)
  
• Don't own/work for any other servers
• Past server management experience on a decent sized server

Duties:

• Being the "face of the server" as I like to call it, basically being online and chatting to players regularly
  
• Hiring/training new staff
• Promoting/managing the staff team
• Assisting players in-game/on the forums
• Posting update announcements on the website
• Hosting weekly events

Let me know when you dropped the age limit to 16. I was Manager of a major network until I resigned due to some personal issues and getting bored of mc (Returning).
