[PAID] Help Get Blue Snowball to work on Linux

Hi, I've recently moved over to Linux and my Blue Snowball microphone does not work.

It used to work on Windows 10 when I used it, and now it's not.

Info:
Mic: Blue Snowball iCE USB Microphone
Operating System: Parrot OS (a security based OS built on Debian)

Here are some of the commands I ran

As you can see in lsusb it does show the Blue Snowball

But arecord -l does not show the microphone.

I had a friend help me through stuff like pavucontrol and alsamixer but nothing seemed to work. The mic is on with the red light indicator though.

I'm literally willing to pay someone if you can help me fix this.

Try updating audio drivers & stuff like that?
Maybe Linux isn't compatible with the Microphone.
