Looking for a Manager who can Write, Find Media, Find Staff, Configurate and Develop.

So we will start of with writing, you need to be able to be good at writing so you can help with Staff Guides, Rules, Announcements however most of its done its just to be a helping hand!

Next Media, I dont want you to say "oh I worked 7 hours straight for 50$" no no no... I want you to actually try find media not connections you already got, not people you just can simply add to a group I want you to find free content creators I know its hard but you got to work for it.

Next Staff, I need you to find staff across any gamemode, able to recruit people, manage staff sort out what there roles should be etc demote them if they need to be.

Development and Configratuion, the reason these are important is 1. you need to be able to configurate so if I am not online and a bug needs fixing you need to be there to do it. 2. Why development, if there is a bug in our core I need you to fix it and this is part of the paid job. However its not a long process developement because we got developers for that.

To mention you will be paid every 2 weeks, you can be paid half for first week then other half 2nd week or you can wait. You must also have a rep and I will not accept above or below 2 weeks

Like I said its part of the paid job if I need a quick thing fixed in a core your there instead of me having to pay a dev not saying like a full recode but saying for e.g fixing a gui or something

or just pay a developer to do it and keep the manager for the things he needs to do.
