Hello! My name is Corbin and I am the owner of Azrim. I am also the leader of Azrim Builds, i.e., The MineHQ Build Team. Our team has completed hundreds of commissions here on mc-market and for clients beyond this site. Some of our clientele can be seen on our site, www.azrim.org. We are currently searching for the best of the best - extremely talented and experienced builders. If you're an avid builder who's tired of missing out on commissions, can't quite close enough deals, want to collaborate on builds, or maybe you just want to be involved in something bigger than yourself, then this is the right team for you. Let us handle all the technicalities while you simply collect 100% of your hard-earned cash; we are never short on paid jobs. Apply below if this interests you, and you meet these standards.

Please clarify your system of commissions. You said that the members get 100% of their cash, but do they really?

How does this all work?

The distribution of commissions is determined and divided by the participating members of any particular build. If someone does a build by himself, then he will receive the full amount offered to complete the project. If multiple people collaborate on a build, the payment will be divided among them based on the amount of work they do. If someone does 70% of a $100 project, they can expect $70 of the profits. We're not trying to cut anybody short. They will be paid based on the amount of work, and level of detail, they are willing to do. While you are free to solo your own builds, there will be other builders a message away if you need assistance or advice.

they are. i guarantee it. I used to be on MineVast's building team so the first picture is a collaboration (I did the floors, portals and helped with the walls and signs above) If you are still weary then you may contact the owner and ask for yourself. The wooden/medieval one i just finished last night for another server called ImmortalPvP. Although they haven't opened their server to the public yet, I can give you a personal tour of it myself. I am an authentic builder.
