Hello everyone!

Before I start - I'd just like to say I'm a bit newer here and I apologize for any mistakes or lapses in knowledge that would be considered 'nooby'. I'm open to advice from the community :)

I'm an Owner at Phoenix Network (http://p-n.ca), we're a Factions and Towny Network. IP is p-n.ca
We average around 30-40 on Towny and 10-20 on Factions. Peaks on weekends bring the network up to around the 70s and 80s

I was curious if anyone would like to do a series on it?
Here are our requirements, information, and pay:

Please have at least 1,000 subscribers and a fairly good view count. We don't want to invest in fake subs and YouTubers who used a 'sub4sub' method, therefore gaining little to their channel other than a number.
Your videos also need to be of good quality, basically, your commentary is good, your editing is good, and there isn't any huge problems with your videos.
Lastly, you need to be able to upload regularly (At LEAST 2-3 times a week).

It's completely up to you on what server you want to film on, but we may recommend you to a server and obviously would have more hiring bias if you chose that server!

Our base pay is $1/1000 subs for each video. (Again, rather new to this, please reply if this isn't appropriate! Feedback is always nice). Reinstating, base pay. We'll increase the rate based on how good your videos are, how many views they get, and other factors that would be discussed.

We're looking for someone who can do around 6-10 episodes a month on our server, and we'd pay you by the end of the month based on that.

If you have any further questions, please reply on the Thread, or shoot me a PM on our website:

Thanks, and having an amazing day!

Hey! Not sure we have any YouTubers willing to do this but just a bit of advice as regarding pricing, typically the best way to do it is pay by VIEWS. As the subscriber count may be irrelevant there's plenty of YouTube with 100k subs that average more views than those with 300k. $30 per 1,000 views is a price I've seen most people accepting. Hope I gave you some insight into payments!

If you're new to youtube advertising, why not try and just buy some toplist ones? They also help a lot. :) Also, do not pay according to the amount of subscribers, pay according to the amount of views they get on the video. Add me on Skype if you want more information, longze.c I look forward to talking to you.

The problem isn't the costs but rather the upload frequency. None of our youtubers are currently looking to upload for a specific server that frequently. However if you'd like to do one video from one of our guys and talk about a consultation I'm sure we can work something out. This consultation is where we'll help you work out everything as it relates to your website content, social medias, in-game purchases, etc.

I'm not sure what a toplist is. Do you mean premium slots on server listings or..

Also, I've sent you a request!

Of course. Please know that, though we do not have preference, if the quality of video is good overall we'd be happy to pay for a 4 videos/month series!

Regardless, I am interested in the remainder of the message (regarding single video promotion, consultation, et cetera.)
Where could we talk?

$30 per 1,000 views is a bit overpriced, most youtubers I have worked with you can get to do $10 per 1,000 views.

Yes but because you are going through their service, they have to take a cut. However, $10 from $30 is a big difference, and I hope that Civilaire isn't making more than the youtubers themselves xD

I learned the hard way from when I first bought videos, don't buy unless its from the youtuber directly, just keep working at it til you can contact them, otherwise it's really overcharged from people trying to make money off the youtuber. Best way is to email the youtuber and give them an offer and say you'd be willing to work the price out. I got a few to add me from doing this.

Thanks for the advice everyone!

I'll go with a rate of about $10-$15/1000 views :)

Is anyone interested in striking up a deal?
