Partner for upcoming GotPots? [HCF]

Good evening!

I'm here recruiting a partner for an upcoming hardcore faction server called GotPots.

You must be willing to: (this is also part of the requirements)

• Invest money.
  Your investments goes towards the logo, icon, builds and server improvements (such as plugins).
• Be dedicated.
  I don't want anyone who just wants money and slacks off, I need someone who can innovate, help when it's needed, suggests suggestions for the server.

Requirements:

• You must be over the age of 14.
• You must be reputable on the forums or some sort of evidence to an extent I can trust you.
• You must have very good common sense.
• You must be a HCF lover!
• You must know how to manage a server, connect to people and administrate.
• You must be mature.
• You must be flexible.

What's already been included from me:

• Website (Xenforo).
• Setup.

What our investments will go towards:

• Builds.
• Advertisements.
• Hosting.
• Buycraft.
• Teamspeak.

How much money do I get from the server?

• 30% of all donations.
  Lets say someone donates $100, you would get $30.00 of the share (very reasonable) and lets say the server is successful with a big playerbase then there will be no worries about getting a share.
  
• But wait, what happens when the server isn't successful? Then we'll happily sell the server, and split the share.

I said it's negiatable, does that answer your question? the thing is I'm paying for the core, website, and everything while you're only investing to help advertise the server. Not only that, your investment will go towards funding the server. No need to get caught up, please, work with me and then I can work with you.

If it comes to that obviously it will be a 50/50.

also, all partnerships should be 50-50 and we're donating a LOT, 30% is nothing for us. lmfao

Yea he's right atleast 40/60 not 30%, the best deal would probably be 45/55
