Hey! I'm Ted. I've been a server creator since 2013. I specialise in making Gun PvP servers.
Some of my previous servers you might've heard of are GTACraft (2016) and MCGTA (2018).
My current project is GTPixels.net and it's been in the making since 2019.

GTPixels.net is the best of minecraft GTA.
We've added the most beloved features of prior gen servers and added our own unique changes and additions on top in an attempt with making the game mode more accessible for more users!
The server's base version is 1.12.2. It has a large library of custom designed plugins, maps, models and other assets.
The project has costed over $37,000 USD by now (This of course includes cancelled, removed and unused features and assets as well, alongside the failed advertisements costs.)
The project has great revenue earning potential and future development costs are expected to be very low due to my unique approach to plugin/feature design.
The base maintenance costs are also very low which leaves room for higher profit margins with effective advertising.

We've seen a high volume of sales of $10 cheatcode items, and we've sold about x6 $50 USD worth kits. There is a product in our store for every need and we're seeing potential for expanding into lower cost packages in-game targeting beginners.
The value proposition of our products are excellent and our pricing strategies proves to be effective as these sales came from a server with about 10 active players.

What am I looking for?
I'm willing to partner with experienced and/or established server owners. I'd love to learn how to advertise effectively. A $15,000 USD investment could be enough for the project to get a good start. I'd like to add that I am not planning to take any profits off of the server and my share can be reinvested for further growth to the project. (I have enough money to live without the need of a job, so if we can make a good deal, I'd be able to continue to work on the server full time without expecting any form of compensation for a year or two.)
