I am creating a server called "Pluto Prison". Therefore I need a space themed spawn. I will pay $5-$10 for the spawn (depending on how good it is) with A, B, C and D warps branching out to the sides. I will also vouch you and you will receive builder rank on the server.

I need to make sure that you agree to this TOS...

TOS:
-You are not allowed to re-sell the spawn or claim it as your own work, all credits for the built must go to us
-We will be doing a 50%,50% transaction
-No refunds, once purchase is made it is made
-You will pay us the amount you offered first, no going back on the deals when the spawn is made
-The spawn will be built than sent by file to you after you pay us 50% of the payments
-We are not responsible for any mishaps or deletion of the spawn in anyway
-If you lose the spawn file after 5 days of purchase you will not be given a new file
