Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew wtf is up with my paypal,

it's not limited, I can receive money, I can sometimes send money to friends, I have around $400 in my PP balance but it won't let me pay thru merchant or send money. It gives the message "Sorry, we couldn't complete your purchase at this time, Please try again later"

Have had 0 chargebacks on account
Fully verified w/ SSN & Passport

Cryptokid Googled it seems to be 5 days or so.

If not try putting it all onto the card linked to your account and paying through the card instead and see if that works (or make a temporary new account and use that)
