Paypal->Payoneer conversion middleman

I'm in need of a highly reputable middleman to complete a $$$ transaction for today.
The transaction will involve the conversion of Paypal to Payoneer.

Buyer (me) pays MM in Paypal
Seller sends product to MM
MM verifies the product
MM pays seller in Payoneer
MM sends the product to the buyer (me)

If you're able to do this, state your fees if there are any and we'll go from there.
More details will be provided in pms.

Edit: Turns out the seller is only able to receive money in Payoneer due to where he lives, not cashapp.

Its too easy to charge back on paypal why would someone else want to get involved when there's risk like that? Trust me alot of highly reputable middlemen won't hold PayPal

An odd form of e-wallet that I've never heard before until recently.

Anyways, since I haven't been able to find a reputable middleman who holds Paypal and is able to convert it into Payoneer, I called the deal off, so therefore this is no longer needed.
