I cannot seem to be able to set up a pay pal account, if someone wouldn't mind helping me out. And yes, after you help I'll be changing everything.

I was able to open a Chase Highschool Cheecking account, you should be able to do the same with almost any bank

I literally opened a PayPal account today, you only need SSN for business account. bank account and credit card can verify you up to $1000 receive and send a month. You can lift that with SSN which won't really be required.

That is true, I opened an account with my parents
