1. Your buying an old intel cpu.
2. Windows Ultimate
3. GTX Titans

my biggest concern is the Titans. GTX 980 ti is better. Also your monitor will max your fps at 120.

What games are you exactly playing? I would only recommend this setup if you wanted to play The Witcher or Battlefield on Ultra Settings, just my thoughts.
