[pc] My fans are to loud, how can I fix,video + specs

Hello there so with my spending a very very long time on my pc everday it turns to my pc being rather loud. I assume its the fans watched a quick video on it and they said it could be hard drive cpu graphics card etc. I use the pc for recording lifestreaming playing minecraft and surfing the web

Windows 10
CPU: AMD fx-8350 8 cores 8 threads with liquid cooling [not sure how good]
RAM: 16gb ddr3
Graphics: GTX 1050 TI 4gb
SSD 250GB
bronze psu

Best way to fix?
