People selling accounts must specify if the TID is for MC or Scrolls

I think there should be a rule for this because you can't nameswap with Scrolls TID's and someone might buy an account without realizing this. Then who would be at fault - the seller?

If users specify the type of TID then it will stop problems in the long run.

etc etc
