Permissions Script converter - Permissions switch / setup

Looking for someone who can script a converter that can easily convert bpermission permissions to zpermissions.

My bpermissions has 4 worlds with usergroups, and some are mirrored to other worlds.

I do not just want the group permissions converted, I ALSO want the user groups converted.

I then want help with loading it in to zpermissions and making it an sql database. (I already have sql setup)
