Hi, I will be paying $35-$40 for a hcf core with my specifications, and this will be for personal use with my friends.
•1 man factions
•7 minute koths
•No allies
•custom enchants (speed, jump boost, strength, saturation, extra health, resistance, and haste)
•mcmmo
•score board (top kills, top deaths, top diamonds, and top money)

You can just get a non-exclusive core and change the config for half of this. If not you can buy the src to a hcf core and do it yourself
