Pink block appearing when making 3d model

Hi, I'm trying to add 3d models to a resourse pack. This is how the model looks

I am trying to add the model to a carpet, for some reason, when I add it it shows as a pink block ingame.

The files all seem to be in the correct place and IDK what's happening.
