Pixelmon Server Spawn Build.

I'm looking to buy a small pixelmon server spawn, I wouldn't like to be priced on the size of the build as I would like any structures spaced out.

I would like it to include;
Path around the entire thing for easy navigation.
x1 Main sized spawn building.
x1 PokeCenter (Used to heal pokemon)(Another bulding)
x1 Shop

Would like the build done ASAP. (today)

I would like interior done inside these buildings. I would not care if you copied the "PokeCenter" and used it as the shop building as long as you changed the inside/interior to make it suitable.
